Nothing tastes better than the foods grown on the Bhutanese soils. It’s the fertility of the soil and the glacial waters that feed the plants. We do not use chemicals to enhance the productivity nor the taste of the foods as most of us Bhutanese do not even know what should be used. No genetically grown seeds are used ever. In fact we keep the seeds from the plants grown organically and plant it in the next season and this is how the trend goes on year after year.
